# Hot Question of The Week: iPad vs. Android Tablet: Which is the better buy?

I'm considering purchasing or obtaining a grant for either an iPad or an Android tablet but want to know what has been your personal experience with using these devices. I just want to do my research and cover all my bases before making my decision. I know you're probably sitting in front of your computer or using some hand held device and thinking is she seriously asking this question...that's a no brainer: iPad is the better buy. I'm guessing you're thinking that because Apple is the worlds most valuable company and I have a plethora of apps to choose from if I go that route whereas with the Android Tablet not so much. Keep in mind, I am a math teacher and I want to use the device to make learning math more fun in my classroom. With that being, what should I consider before making my purchase????

# Math Limerick

Question: Why is this a mathematical limerick?

( (12 + 144 + 20 + 3 Sqrt[4]) / 7 ) + 5*11 = 92 + 0 .

A dozen, a gross, and a score,
plus three times the square root of four, divided by seven, plus five times eleven, is nine squared and not a bit more.

---Jon Saxton (math textbook author)
